Rahul Sahu is a research scholar at Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management, IIT Bombay, India. He received his Master of technology (2019) from the department of textile and fiber engineering IIT Delhi, India, and Bachelor of Technology (2016) degree in textile technology from UPTTI (Earlier known as Government Central Textile Institute), Kanpur.

Prior to joining the Ph.D. at IIT Bombay, he worked for a start-up incubated at FITT, IIT Delhi, where he was responsible for sourcing of raw materials and equipments, along with managing the day-to-day technical and manufacturing operational activities. He also holds one Indian patent from his M. Tech research project. His research interests include sustainable supply chain, behavioral operations management, buyer-supplier relations, sustainable sourcing, and supply chain risk, etc.
